Here is the scoop on my CVS trip today:
Purchased 6 Ragu at 3/$5
used 2 $1.25/3 RP 1/31 (RP = Red Plum Coupon insert from Sunday’s Paper)
Paid $7.50 plus tax got $3 back in ECB
Total $4.50 or $0.75 ea after ECB
Purchased 2 Dove Men Body Wash @ $5.49 Ea (limit 2)
used 2 $1.25/1 RP 1/31 = $4.24 Ea
Paid $8.48 plus tax Got back $10.98 in ECB’s
FREE + Money Maker
Purchased 1 Colgate tooth paste $2.99
Used $1/1 SS 1/31 (SS= Smartsource Coupon insert from Sunday Paper)
Paid $1.99 plus tax and got $2.00 ECB’s
FREE
I added the Thermacare to the picture because I had a raincheck from back in December that offered EBC’s.
They were $2.49 ea and got back 2/$2.49 ECB’s
Making them FREE with ECB’s.
It is really important to remember to ask for rain-checks, if available. Sometimes while you are waiting for the out of stock product to come in you can scope out an even better deal with a coupon that wasn’t available at the time of the original sale!
Lastly….CVS has some great prices on dry spices, they are only $0.99. I needed some more Lemon Pepper.
All in all my total OOP (out of pocket) was $14.60 ( I used my $10.00 ECB’s from PepsiCo promo)
and I received back $21.00 in new ECB’s!

Way to go!!! We are doing the Shaw’s, CVS, WalGreens trip tomorrow…
