My name is Kellie and I am now a stay at home mom and wife. My husband and I have a wonderful son, Camden. Some time ago we decided to give up one of our incomes so that I could be at home with him. We minimized our life style greatly and started the Dave Ramsey program. Becoming Debt Free was our new family goal! When you give up an income, one would think you give up a lot, but we really gained as a family.
Because of the financial short term sacrifices, we have made lots of head way on our Debt. Over time, I have developed my skills and have learned several ways of saving money. By staying home I have also been able to start a few businesses working right here from home. I have been blessed to find my true passions in life and hope to share those ideas in this blog.
As a stay at home mom, you really do become “THE HOME CEO”. That is the nick name my husband Larry gives me. My new job: figure out how can I save us more money, and make more money doing the things I love! Hopefully my experiences can be of some value to you or someone you know.
