We had a visit to a wonderful bed and breakfast recently and they served grapefruit with caramelized brown sugar! Here is my home-made salsa from scratch….made with my great tomato deal from Shaws this week!
Home-Made Salsa Recipe:

10 tomatoes (you can add a can of diced tomatoes for more juice)

All finished with my OAMC cooking! Yay!
I did it…I made  Bread machine Cinnamon Rolls and here they are!
These little buggers taste sinful and my family absolutely LOVES them!

The Bread Machine works great on the dough. Rolled it out into a large rectangle -” ish” shape.
If you make it  longer you will get more rolls out of it.

Doubled the filling as recommended by MoneySavingMom and it worked like a charm!

Here is the beginning of my OMAC journey today
- Started the dough for Bread Machine rolls-
Here is my recipe: Must place in this order.
1 egg
3 cups of flour
3 tbs sugar
2 1/4 tsp yeast
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 cup water (warm)
1 1/2 tsp salt

Started my February Freezer Cooking  a day early! This is what I made today after hitting CVS, Rite- Aid, and Shaws.
2 Chicken Ziti  (Ziplock bag )
2  Beef Taco’s (Ziplock Bag)
2 Chicken Stuffing Casserole
Cooked my chicken up for Franks Buffalo Chicken Dip (whoops, not in the picture)
