I know that Shaws will double any manufacturers coupon up to $0.99 except those that say: DO NOT DOUBLE. Shaws  is no longer accepting  BOGO (Buy One Get One Free) Internet printable coupons. They will however still take BOGO coupons from the Sunday paper inserts.
